Here what we have is a ABSOLUTE MINT, 13 years old LP Standard with a gorgeous PREMIUM TOP! So it’s a 2002 Gibson Les Paul Standard with features that you won’t get anymore(as the new LP Standards are so bloody overcomplicated):

– ONE PIECE MAHOGANY BODY, nowadays this is only available on the Historic Reissue models, it sounds great(less glue, the new Standards have centre joined two pieces mahogany body) and looks bloody amazing!
– NON CHAMBERED BODY, this is a great sounding, warm and beefy LP
– normal 60s NECK not the new extra slim one with compound radius etc
– AMAZING, DARK, GRAINY ROSEWOOD fretboard
– WHITE BONE GIBSON DELUXE Tuners WITHOUT the stupid MINI E-TUNE…I bloody hate this idea from Gibson…what a ridiculous idea…you can’t buy a GIBSON without MINI E-tune…few more years and you won’t be able to buy a Gibson without a STRUMMING ROBOT or what???
– VOLUME AND TONE knobs that look great, work great and do what they need to do WITHOUT trying to turn a Les Paul to a Strat or Tele…
