2012 Fender Custom Shop ’59 NOS Stratocaster

A very nice, collectible (Custom Shop Limited Edition only 59 ever made guitar with 2 certificates and in very looked after condition)

GUITARGUITAR, in collaboration with the Fender Custom Shop, have joined forces to design and build a limited edition offering of superlative Stratocasters – the Fender Custom Shop GUITARGUITAR Dealer Select 1959 Stratocaster. They are specifically tailored to the guitarist who is looking to combine vintage appearances with modern playability and features. Limited to only 59 NOS (New Old Stock) grade guitars!

I think it’s not possible to find a Strat with better specification:
– Premium Select Lightweight One Piece Alder body
– One piece amazing maple neck
– Extra thin Nitro finish
– 7.25″ to 9.5″ Compound Radius (184 mm to 241 mm)
– Jumbo frets
– Vintage trem
– Vintage Locking tuners

It’s an extremely well looked after guitar in excellent condition it sounds fantastic and plays like a dream.

It has the 2 Custom Shop Certificates (One is the normal COA and the other states that this is a limited edition, only 59 guitars ever made)

The pickups are hand wound by Josefina Campos (Abigail Ybarra apprentices under her supervision). It has vintage locking tuners and headstock access truss rod.

It’s got a few little playing marks (at the end of the day it’s a guitar 🙂 ), no dramatic ones. No big dings, dents or buckle marks (check the photos / video)

Comes with its original Fender Deluxe G&G case. A truly fantastic guitar that would cost a fortune now in the big stores and this is really a nice 12 years example!
