2016 Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition ’59 Stratocaster NOS

This is a Custom Shop Limited Edition ’59 Reissue Strat from 2016. It was part of a limited edition special run ordered by GuitarGuitar from the Fender Custom Shop. It’s got a gorgeous Fiesta Red finish with contrasting dark rosewood fretboard and it reminds me Chris Rea’s, Mark Knopler’s, Andy Summer’s and Mike Landau’s Strats…what a great guitar! This one has some clever, modern twists for making playability easier: 7.25” – 9.5” compound radius for making low action and big bends doable without fretting out, truss rod access point at the headstock (so we don’t have to take the neck off for adjusting the truss rod – I loved this a lot as I’ve had to set it up for myself and it saved so much time…), it also has the second tone pot working with the bridge pickup so we can make the bridge pickup sounding a bit warmer for solos or jazzy playing…the pickups are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC: handwound 60s pickups! What a great sound! Higher output than the 50s pickups and the guitar just delivers every famous Strat sounds…just have a listen my demos!

The neck has some light flames & grain and the fretboard is amazing, super high quality rosewood this is! Overall one of the best Strats I’ve ever had here at Rolly’s Guitars and if you follow us you know that we’ve had many many nice Custom Shop Strats…this just works! Aesthetically and sound wise too!

The whole package is nearly new! Very very near MINT CONDITION! Just check the ultra high quality photos and 4K video! It has zero fret wear so not been played too much and it’s really a very very looked after instrument. It was part of a collection.

Actually it’s a collectible guitar as there’s not many around, well there’s not many NOS guitars around nowadays…the market is full of Relic’ed Strats… – this was part of a limited edition special run, it’s already 7 years old and it’s in ALL ORIGINAL, very near MINT CONDITION.

It comes with its original hard case (same condition as the guitar), certificate and candy. You can see the case, candy in my video!

A Custom Shop 59 model with rosewood board has a £3900 pricetag at GuitarGuitar currently… Not many around but you can have this nearly new guitar  for much much less!!
