What a guitar! A proper Jazz/Blues machine! An absolute piece of art straight from Memphis! I’ve been a huge fan of Gibson semi-hollow guitars and this model is probably my favourite! It’s a ES-345TD an upgraded version of the famous ES-335. Same building process, same construction, same pick-ups but it has more attractive inlays, fantastic double binding, a great Vari-tone switch (filter selector) that gives amazing extra tonal options and aged gold hardware. Check my video with it! All notes played on this beauty are so bluesy, jazzy…lots of air and depth…

It’s from 2014 which was a FANTASTIC year at Gibson without a shadow of a doubt! They produced amazingly period correct Historic models (Les Pauls, SGs, ES guitars). Even the most hardcore Gibson fans were very happy with the 2014 range and specs.

This “Historic Burst” finish is the thinnest Nitrocellulose finish that I’ve ever seen on any guitars…it really lets the wood resonate and breath…it is going to age fantastically and the red colour will come out more significantly.

These are very very versatile guitars! From blues, jazz to heavy rock (think about Foo Fighters, Oasis) you can find Gibson Semi Hollows in almost every genres!

This guitar is in VERY NEAR MINT condition. Zero fret wear and the very clean scratch plate show that it hasn’t been played too much…It’s a very very looked after guitar as you can see on the pictures, no dings, dents or buckle rash. It’s got the VOS treatment at the Gibson Memphis factory so the metal parts are tarnished a bit but the guitar is very mint and fantastic!

Looks great, sounds great, plays great. Not a bad thing about it. It comes with its Gibson hard case and Gibson Memphis Certificate.

The 2019 price of these will be way above £4000 for the same model, with same specs. This guitar is a very EXCLUSIVE and VERY HARD TO FIND model, especially in this condition, so I’m sure it’s an awesome buy for £2600. (SOLD)
