Here what we have is a 2013 Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop 1958 (R8) Reissue Gloss from the Gibson Historic Collection. Probably with the most legendary finish called Washed Cherry Burst. This is the real deal, the BIG DADDY. As it’s certificate says: “it’s completely hand built by some of the finest luthiers on the planet”

What makes it different than a production line LP Standard is that the Custom Shop luthiers can select the best available timber: one piece, light, non-chambered mahogany body, amazing looking maple top, one piece late 58 style mahogany neck and a really special one piece rosewood fretboard.
